Payment and refund policy
Payment methods
- Credit or debit card via Izipay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer or cash at our Cusco office (by prior arrangement).
Deposit and balance
You can confirm your booking with a 50% deposit or pay 100% online. The balance is paid in cash (USD or soles) or by card in Cusco, at the latest at the pre-tour briefing. For the Inca Trail the deposit is used to buy the permit and entrance, so it is non-refundable once issued.
Online payment fee
Online card payments carry a processing fee (shown in the payment summary) covering gateway costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations by the traveler

Date changes
One date change is accepted free of charge up to 15 days before the tour, subject to availability. Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu tickets cannot be changed in date or name by order of the Ministry of Culture.
Cancellations by the agency
If we cancel a service for reasons attributable to the agency, we refund 100% of the amount paid. In case of force majeure we will offer an alternative date or route, or a refund of unused amounts.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are made to the same payment method within 30 calendar days of approval of the request, which must be sent by email with your booking code.
